External VLAN
External VLAN is a shared Layer 2 network within your zone (cluster). Use it to extend your project network to infrastructure outside a normal internal VLAN — for example bare metal, routers, carrier or provider links, other sites, or on-prem equipment.
It is not the same as a standard private network with optional Cloud Gateway. You create internal VLANs yourself in the portal; External VLAN requires coordination with support.
