Auto-reload

Configure automatic prepaid top-up at a low balance threshold.

Before you begin

• Prepaid account with an active saved card.
• Minimum threshold between 10 and 500 PLN; target level between 50 and 2000 PLN.

Steps

1. Add an active saved card in Billing.
2. Open auto-reload settings.
3. Set the minimum threshold and target top-up level.
4. Save and verify the status in Billing.

Watch out

Auto-reload does not attempt a charge more than once per 12 hours per account.
