Prepaid top-up

Add funds to a prepaid account balance.

Before you begin

• Account on prepaid billing term.
• Top-up amount between 50 and 2000 PLN net (VAT added at payment).

Steps

1. Open Billing.
2. Choose Top up and enter the net amount.
3. Pay with a saved card or Stripe checkout.
4. After payment, check the main balance and top-up invoice in Billing.

Watch out

Top-up is for prepaid only. Postpaid accounts receive a monthly invoice instead; top-up is not available for postpaid.
