Tasks

View project task log and operation errors.

Before you begin

• Access to the project (any role can view tasks; mutations require Admin or Superadmin).

Steps

1. Open Datacenter → Tasks.
2. Find the task by time and operation type.
3. Expand the task and read the status and error message.
4. If a task fails, save its ID and error message before contacting support.

Watch out

The task log shows infrastructure operations in the portal; it does not replace logs inside the VM guest OS.
