What is required to launch my first instance?
Launching compute instances requires a verified account. To complete verification, simply add a payment card via Stripe's secure verification flow, with no charge and no pre-authorization hold. Card verification instantly activates your 200 PLN welcome credit, allowing you to test production workloads immediately.

How do VAT invoices work?
Under prepaid billing, a VAT invoice is generated immediately whenever you top up your balance. Under postpaid billing, you receive one consolidated monthly VAT invoice at the beginning of each month covering the previous month's usage.

What happens if my account balance reaches zero?
You will receive automated low-balance email alerts before reaching zero. If balance runs out, resource creation and resizing are blocked first to give you time to top up, and instances enter a temporary pause if the balance remains unpaid. Enabling automatic card reload prevents any service interruption.

Are EUR prices fixed?
No. Billing is processed natively in PLN. All EUR pricing figures shown in the console are live conversions based on current European Central Bank exchange rates.

Can account top-ups and credits be refunded?
Account top-ups and welcome credits are dedicated exclusively to platform service usage and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

How do I request a resource quota increase?
You can submit a quota expansion request from the Account Limits panel in the web console or by contacting our engineering team.

Are there additional fees for REST API or MCP server access?
No. The REST API (OpenAPI) and the native Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for AI agents are free with every account. You only pay for the compute, storage, and networking resources you provision.
